- Start with the Microsoft proffer of going to the mouse properties.
- Click on the "Pointers" tab.
- Select the "Working In Background" pointer and click on "Scan"
- Select the first mouse arrow option (the one that looks like a normal mouse arrow)
This doesn't get rid of any is causing the organization to take to go along working in the background, but information technology will at to the lowest degree make the blue circle stop popping up.

I keep getting blueish circle well-nigh the pointer on dell windows 10. I inverse my pointer setting to default and normal select. I'5 tried everything. Can you assistance me with this outcome. It'southward annoying to have this issue.

Proficient job, J Buchman, it worked...! I wasn't then interested in whatever groundwork process was causing it, I but needed it to become away so I could get work done... Information technology will be interesting to find out, only that for a another day... Thanks!

I take the aforementioned problem. The fix hides the spinning bluish circle just the problem is still at that place, just harder to see. Any other options?
