one.  I LOGGED INTO WINDOWS AS A 'Guest'

2.  I WENT  TO 'RESTORE'.

3.  MY Administrator PASS Word WAS REQUESTED AND I FILLED THE SPACE WITH IT.

iv.  I MARKED OUT A Appointment CLOSE TO THE DAY Before THE PROBLEM.

v. WINDOWS  WAS RESTORED TO THE PREVIOUS Solar day AND IS WORKING FINE At present...IN ENGLISH. THANKS GOD.
